Following the latest announcement from Downing Street that gyms could be closed until October, we've decided to bring the gym to you. 

It's vitally important - from both a physical and psychological perspective - to remain active, and following a pre-prepared, structured program is the best way to do it. The Studio at Home 28-Day Program gives you 4 full-body home workouts every week, for those with and without equipment, accompanied by video tutorials for every single exercise. 

We will continue to publish monthly top up programs for as long as you're at home. 

Available to members and non-members, to purchase, simply download the Glofox app from the Apple store here, search 'The Studio' and create an account with us. Your guide will include: 

- 4 x full-body workouts per week
- Exercises for those with and without equipment
- A structured calendar with pre-planned training days and active rest days 
- A step-by-step guide to over 70 home-based exercises
- Video links to exercise tutorials 
- A quick and easy-to-use training log to help monitor progression
